Understand Completion and Drop-Off
A funnel completes as soon as its final milestone matches.
If the EventOwner’s selected data ends before that happens, the occurrence remains incomplete at its last matched milestone.

“Drop-off” means the next milestone was not reached within the records analyzed. It does not prove the person permanently abandoned the process.
Important:The query date range defines the available observation period. A payment outside that range cannot complete a funnel inside it.
