Change the Milestone Order

Changing the order changes what the query looks for.

Drag a step by its drag handle to another position, or use Move left and Move right.
Use Remove step to delete an unwanted milestone.
Check the updated step numbers.

Example:

Dashboard Opened → Report Created → Export Used

A report created before Dashboard Opened does not satisfy the second milestone. A later Report Created record is needed after Dashboard Opened matches.

Note:The current Funnel builder allows a particular User Defined Event only once in the funnel. It does not provide the event-copy feature available in Any-Order Behavior.
